What's the difference between Property Staging and Interior Decor Service?

Property Staging is a short term investment in staging your home with furniture and accessories in preparation for the market, photography and open homes. 

 

Interior Decoration Service is a tailored service for home owner's wishing to design and decorate or redecorate their own home.

What areas do you cover?

We cover from Upper - North Shore right through to Wollongong and everything between. If you're still unsure drop us a line here. 

How long is the hire period?

Up to 6 weeks for Auction Campaigns and up to 8 weeks for a private treaty. Unless stated otherwise.

Can I select furniture?

When you're styling to sell, no, we're professional stylists and we specialise in styling to sell techniques. We create looks based on your property, location, and demographics.

 

Styling to live, absolutely, we work with you one on one to create your dream home or anything in between.

 

How much notice do you need? 

It varies throughout the year, for spring/summer we start to book out months in advance, and generally it's a good idea to book us in as soon as possible. Autumn/ Winter generally 2 weeks in advance. 

What are your payment terms?

Styling to sell - we require 50% on booking and full payment once an installation date has been finalised and/or a minimum 2 weeks prior to your installation date. 

Styling to live - we provide you with two different options on presentation.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Bank Transfers & credit card.

 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Amex. A surcharge of 1.85% + 0.30 cents applies when using this option to pay.

Are you insured?

Yes, all our furniture and furnishings are fully insured.
